Anti-SLC22A17 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets SLC22A17 (Solute Carrier Family 22 Member 17), a multi-pass transmembrane receptor also referenced as 24p3R, NGALR, BOIT, and BOCT. SLC22A17 binds lipocalin-2 (LCN2/NGAL) at the plasma membrane to mediate siderophore-bound iron uptake, apoptotic signaling in responsive cell populations, and organic anion transport activity in kidney and choroid plexus epithelia. The protein is actively studied in neurodegeneration, acute kidney injury, and tumor biology contexts.

The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit, validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry (WB, IHC) on human samples, and supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum for research use only.
