Anti-SLC1A5 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. It is validated for Western blotting applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:500 to 1:1,000, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 482–540 of human SLC1A5 (NP_005619.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 75 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
