Anti-SLC18A2 Antibody

This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets SLC18A2, the vesicular monoamine transporter 2 (VMAT2) that loads dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine, epinephrine, and histamine from the cytoplasm into presynaptic vesicles. Produced in rabbit and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, the antibody detects the transporter across human, mouse, and rat tissues, enabling cross-species comparison in neuropharmacology and neurodegenerative-disease research.
