Anti-SLC18A2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the SLC18A2 target and is supplied as an unconjugated primary antibody. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The reagent was generated against recombinant full length human SLC18A2 and specifically detects endogenous levels of SLC18A2 protein.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The SLC18A2 target migrates at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity exceeds 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
