Description
A rabbit polyclonal, unconjugated primary antibody to SLC16A13 is available from Antibodies.com, validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent detects endogenous levels of SLC16A13 protein and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 389–442 of Human SLC16A13.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target has an apparent molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa, and one scientific validation image is provided.
