Anti-SLC16A1 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 196-245 of human MCT1 (NP_003042.3), with sequence RPIGPKPTKAGKDKSKASLEKAGKSGVKKDLHDANTDLIGRHPKQEKRSV. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Manufacturer data indicates validated applications of WB and ICC/IF, with WB and IHC also cited as supported by product listings. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:1,000-1:5,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 45 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.
