Anti-SLC11A2 Antibody

Primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as an unconjugated polyclonal IgG, targeting DMT1 (also known as SLC11A2). The antibody shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated by the manufacturer for Western blot (WB) at a recommended dilution of 1:1,000–1:2,000, with immunohistochemistry (IHC) at 1:50–1:200 also indicated.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with the target reported at a molecular weight of 72 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–63 of human DMT1/SLC11A2 (NP_001167597.1). The antibody is affinity purified, shipped at 4 °C, and on receipt should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
