Anti-SLAMF7 Antibody

Polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against SLAMF7, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blotting. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and has been affinity purified from a liquid formulation.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 23–226 of human SLAMF7 (NP_067004.3). The product is supplied in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Observed molecular weight on Western blot falls within 25–80 kDa.

For Western blotting, a working dilution of 1:1,000–1:5,000 is recommended. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
