Anti-SLAMF1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting SLAMF1 (also known as SLAM/CD150), from Antibodies.com. The reagent is supplied unconjugated in a liquid formulation and validated for Western blot (WB) applications.

The antibody is raised in rabbits, purified by affinity chromatography, and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is reactive against human and mouse samples and is recommended for use at a dilution of 1:500-1:2,000 for WB. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 21-237 of human SLAMF1 (NP_003028.1), and the target protein is detected at molecular weights of 37 kDa / 65 kDa. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Storage instructions: the product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
