Anti-SLAM Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com and distributed by AFMS, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the Signaling Lymphocytic Activation Molecule (SLAM, also known as SLAMF1, CD150, CDw150, or IPO-3), a cell-surface marker widely used to identify T follicular helper cells and other immune populations. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified polyclonal antiserum at 1 mg/mL, formulated as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It was raised in rabbits against a synthesized peptide derived from the region of human SLAM and is reported to detect endogenous levels of the SLAM protein in Western blot (WB) and ELISA workflows.
