Anti-SLAM Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Signaling Lymphocytic Activation Molecule (SLAM, CD150), a type I transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the SLAM family of immunomodulatory cell surface receptors. SLAM is expressed on T cells, B cell subsets, dendritic cells, macrophages, and platelets, where it mediates homotypic cell-cell adhesion and modulates lymphocyte signaling through SAP-family adaptor binding. The reagent is raised in rabbit, is unconjugated, and ships in a 100 µl vial, compatible with HRP-, biotin-, or fluorophore-based secondary detection chemistries.

Validated applications include Western blot for detection of SLAM in activated lymphocyte lysates and ELISA for soluble SLAM measurement in cell culture supernatants.
