Anti-SLA2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SLA2 (also referred to as SLAP-2, Src-like adapter protein 2, Src-like-adapter 2, C20orf156, MARS, or Modulator of antigen receptor signaling). It is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and reactive with human samples, supplied as an unconjugated reagent with an IgG isotype.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-160 of human SLA2 (NP_115590.1). The target has a molecular weight of 28 kDa, and the recommended WB dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
