Anti-Skp1 p19 (P72) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the Skp1 p19 (P72) protein and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 40-90 of Human Skp1 p19 and, according to the manufacturer, detects endogenous levels of Skp1 p19 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The indicated molecular weight of the target is ~ 19 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
