Anti-SKP1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SKP1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use only. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–163 of human SKP1 (NP_733779.1). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and provided as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The SKP1 target has a molecular weight of 19 kDa.

Recommended for Western blot applications at a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
