Anti-SKIV2L2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com targets SKIV2L2 (also referred to as MTR4) and is provided as a liquid formulation. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunoprecipitation (IP) applications. Reactivity has been confirmed against Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-304 of human SKIV2L2 (NP_056175.3). The target protein has a molecular weight of 123 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and IP: 1:100-1:500. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
