SKAP2 (Src kinase-associated phosphoprotein 2) is a cytoplasmic adaptor protein best known for its role in immune receptor signaling downstream of Src family kinases. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the human SKAP2 protein for use in western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows.

The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, a cryoprotectant blend that supports storage at -20 °C in working aliquots and protects the protein from freeze-thaw damage. As a polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit, it offers multi-epitope recognition of SKAP2, which is useful when probing the full-length adaptor as well as its phosphorylated forms linked to Src family kinase signaling in T cells, B cells, and myeloid lineages.

Validated for human reactivity, the antibody supports studies of integrin-mediated adhesion, actin cytoskeleton remodeling, and downstream signaling events, including work in leukemia, lymphoma, and autoimmune disease models where SKAP2 adaptor function has been described in the literature.
