Anti-SKAP2 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against SKAP2. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and is supplied as a liquid preparation. The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–120 of human SKAP2 as the immunogen, with affinity purification used in its manufacture.

The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA applications. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The predicted molecular weight of SKAP2 is 41 kDa, with an apparent molecular weight of 50 kDa.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The concentration is lot specific.
