Anti-SIX6 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SIX6, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human SIX6 and detects endogenous levels of total SIX6 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The isotype is IgG, supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
