Anti-Six3/6 (D228) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets the Six3 protein and is supplied unconjugated in a formulation of 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 201-250 of human Six3 and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. It detects endogenous levels of the Six3 protein at approximately 35 kDa and also recognises the Six6 protein at approximately 28 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
