Anti-SIVA1 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit, with the immunogen corresponding to amino acids 1-110 of human SIVA1 (NP_068355.1) expressed as a recombinant fusion protein. The SIVA1 target has a molecular weight of 15 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. A recommended western blotting dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
