SIRT7 (sirtuin 7) is a nucleolar NAD+-dependent deacetylase that regulates ribosomal RNA transcription, stress response, and cellular metabolism. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the human SIRT7 protein and has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. Supplied as a 200 µl liquid aliquot of IgG isotype, it is intended for research use only and offers reliable detection of endogenous SIRT7 in human cell and tissue samples. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 °C; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve activity. Antibodies.com provides each lot with quality control testing to support reproducible results across immunoblotting and tissue-staining workflows.
