Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant full length Human SIRT7, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody. The reagent is produced in rabbit and validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
Supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It specifically detects endogenous levels of the SIRT7 protein, corresponding to a molecular weight of approximately 44 kDa.
