Anti-SIRT6 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SIRT6 and validated for Western blot use. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reactive with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 200 to the C-terminus of mouse SIRT6 (NP_001156902.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid of lot-specific concentration, with a reported molecular weight of 39 - 45 kDa. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is given. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. One scientific validation image supports the antibody, which is intended for research use only.
