Anti-SIRT5 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal IgG recognises the SIRT5 target and is supplied unconjugated. The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) application and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions for WB are 1:500–1:1,000.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–310 of human SIRT5 (NP_036373.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with a reported molecular weight of 30 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
