Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody to SIRT4, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in a PBS buffer containing 0.01% thimerosal and 50% glycerol at pH 7.3. Storage is recommended at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. A suggested working dilution for WB is 1:500 to 1:2000.
