Description
From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the SIRT3 target. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human samples. It was generated using recombinant full length human SIRT3 as the immunogen and specifically detects endogenous levels of the SIRT3 protein.
Supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody is affinity-purified by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reagent recognises a band of approximately 37 kDa and falls within the Primary Antibodies category.
