Anti-SIRT3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting SIRT3, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP), and it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300-399 of human SIRT3 (NP_036371.1). It is provided as a liquid preparation at a lot-specific concentration, and the manufacturer reports observed molecular weights of 28 kDa and 44 kDa. Formulation is in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and the reagent has been affinity purified.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, IP 1:50-1:500 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
