Anti-SIRT2 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the sirtuin 2 (SIRT2) protein and is offered as a 50 µL liquid stock at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the C-terminal region of human SIRT2, allowing it to detect endogenous levels of SIRT2 in standard immunoassays. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the preparation is unconjugated, giving researchers flexibility to choose their own secondary-labeling chemistry. The buffer formulation is PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative.
