Description
A primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit as a polyclonal antibody and supplied unconjugated. The reagent targets SIRT2 and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is recombinant full length human SIRT2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of SIRT2 protein.
The product is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, with the target protein migrating at approximately 43 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
