Anti-SIRT2 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets SIRT2, a NAD+-dependent cytoplasmic deacetylase implicated in cell cycle progression, metabolic regulation, and age-related neurodegeneration research. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated preparation at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody is provided in a 100 µl volume and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows against human, mouse, and rat samples.
