A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets SIRT2 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and supplied unconjugated.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 330-380 of Human SIRT2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of SIRT2 protein.
The reported molecular weight is ~ 43 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). One scientific validation image is provided.
