Anti-SIRT2 Antibody

Primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG and provided unconjugated. The reagent targets SIRT2 and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 288-389 of human SIRT2 (NP_036369.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 39 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC and ICC/IF.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
