Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is supplied as a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide of human SIRT1, the NAD⁺-dependent deacetylase implicated in chromatin silencing, metabolic regulation, and stress response. The unconjugated IgG is provided at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is shipped on cold packs for immediate short-term stability at 4 °C; long-term storage should be at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
