Anti-SIRT1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SIRT1 is offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation and chromatin immunoprecipitation. The antibody was generated against recombinant full-length human SIRT1 and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography to a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of SIRT1 protein and reacts with Human and Rat samples. The reagent is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and the SIRT1 target is detected at approximately 82 kDa and 120 kDa.
