Anti-SIRPA Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SIRP alpha (also referred to as SIRPA / CD172a), supplied as a liquid preparation by Antibodies.com. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is unconjugated. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 395–504 of human CD172a/SIRPa (NP_542970.1). The target has a molecular weight of 65 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
