Anti-Sirp α1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against SIRP-α1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL and is unconjugated, allowing users to couple it freely to their preferred detection system. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺, supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Clonality is polyclonal, the host species is rabbit, and the immunoglobulin fraction has been affinity-purified from antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography using a synthetic peptide derived from human SIRP-α1 as the immunogen. According to the supplier datasheet, the reagent recognises endogenous levels of total SIRP-α1 protein and has been confirmed to react with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies.
