Anti-SIN3B Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a ready-to-use rabbit polyclonal reagent for studying the SIN3B transcriptional repressor, this affinity-purified IgG preparation is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows on human samples. The antibody is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from an internal region of human SIN3B and selectively recognizes endogenous levels of the total SIN3B protein, making it well suited to chromatin and gene-regulation studies.
