The Antibodies.com Anti-SIN3B Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the SIN3B transcriptional co-repressor. SIN3B (SIN3 transcription regulator family member B) participates in the SIN3A/SIN3B histone deacetylase complex, where it contributes to chromatin remodeling, histone deacetylation, and gene silencing. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum and is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence on human samples, supporting studies of nuclear reprogramming, adipogenesis, cell cycle regulation, and the DNA damage response in which SIN3B has documented roles.

For handling, the stock vial should be stored at -20 degrees C and dispensed into single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles; working aliquots can be kept refrigerated and returned to the freezer promptly after use. Because SIN3B acts as a nuclear chromatin regulator, immunofluorescence signal in human cell lines is generally concentrated in the nucleus, and Western blot typically resolves the protein near its expected molecular weight on standard SDS-PAGE gels.

Host species is rabbit, clonality is polyclonal, and the format is unconjugated for flexibility with secondary antibody chemistry. Reactivity is reported for human samples.
