Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant human SIN3A immunogen, this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is designed to detect the endogenous SIN3A transcriptional regulator across a range of assay formats. The reagent is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and it is unconjugated, with an IgG isotype that allows flexible labelling. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
