Anti-SIN3A Antibody

Raised in rabbits and affinity purified against the SIN3A transcriptional corepressor, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. SIN3A scaffolds the SIN3A corepressor complex that recruits histone deacetylases to chromatin and mediates transcriptional silencing of genes implicated in proliferation, differentiation, and stress responses, so the reagent supports mapping of co-repressor recruitment by transcription factors such as MAD family proteins and profiling of epigenetic marks linked to leukemia and other SIN3A-associated disease contexts.
