Anti-SIGMAR1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant human SIGMAR1 immunogen and is supplied as an unconjugated preparation at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume. The antibody specifically recognises the endogenous total SIGMAR1 (sigma-1 receptor) protein and has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, showing reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples. Its formulation is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The product is shipped refrigerated at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored long term at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody integrity.
