Anti-SIGMAR1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against the SIGMAR1 (Sigma1-receptor) target. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 114–223 of human SIGMAR1 (NP_005857.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The associated target protein migrates at approximately 25 kDa. Four scientific images are provided in support of the validation data.

Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:100–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
