Anti-SIGLEC9 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against SIGLEC9, a target also referenced in the literature as CD329, CDw329, Protein FOAP-9, Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 9 and Siglec-9. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples.

It was generated using a recombinant protein fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 243 of SIGLEC9 as immunogen, and was purified by antigen-affinity chromatography. The antibody is supplied in 0.1M Tris-buffered saline with 10% glycerol (pH 7.0), with 0.01% Thimerosal added as a preservative. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
