Anti-SIGLEC9 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against SIGLEC9. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 210–340 of human SIGLEC9 (NP_001185487.1), and the reagent has been prepared by affinity purification. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

Validated for Western Blot with a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000, the antibody is unconjugated and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The observed molecular weight is 50 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
