Anti-SIGLEC8 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is specific for SIGLEC8 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 17-363 of human Siglec-8 and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody has a molecular weight of 60 kDa. The recommended Western blot working dilution range is 1:500 to 1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
