Anti-SIGLEC7 Antibody

SIGLEC7 is a sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin that functions as an inhibitory receptor on human natural killer (NK) cells and select myeloid populations. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets SIGLEC7 (also known as p75/AIRM1) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on human-derived samples. The reagent is provided as a 100 µl volume of polyclonal serum raised in rabbit, suitable for detecting endogenous SIGLEC7 expression in lysates of NK cell lines, primary lymphocytes, and tissue sections where myeloid and NK infiltration is being characterized.
