Anti-SIGLEC5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal, unconjugated IgG antibody targeting SIGLEC5, offered within the Antibodies.com Primary Antibodies range. The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 17–434 of human SIGLEC5 and is affinity-purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% ProClin 300, and shipped at 4°C for storage at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

Validated applications are Western blot (WB) and ELISA, with manufacturer-recommended starting dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1 µg/ml for ELISA. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 61 kDa.

The catalogue entry lists reactivity as Human, while the manufacturer datasheet specifies reactivity with Mouse samples; both sources describe the same SIGLEC5 target.
