Anti-SIGLEC12 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against SIGLEC12, validated for Western blot (WB) use on mouse samples. It is supplied as an IgG in unconjugated, liquid form, and the preparation is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–210 of human SIGLEC12 (accession NP_443729.1), and the reported target molecular weight is 80 kDa. Recommended Western blot working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000, with concentration reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, and freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
