Description
Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against Siah-2 (E266), raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 241-290 of human Siah-2. The unconjugated reagent is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
It detects endogenous levels of Siah-2 protein and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at a molecular weight of ~38 kDa.
