Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against an internal-region synthesized peptide of human Siah-1 / 2 and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, yielding an unconjugated IgG preparation supplied at 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is offered here in a 50 µL size and is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), covering the standard dilution ranges commonly used for this target (typically WB 1:500–1:2000, IHC 1:100–1:300, ICC/IF 1:200–1:1000 and ELISA around 1:10,000).
